After getting back from seven weeks of holidays in North America late Tuesday, I managed to throw this together at the end. The pylons fought me viciously, as the BOL launcher from the Airfix kit must be slightly too long and the flaps wouldn't fit. I ended up having to take the trailing edge flaps off again, affix the pylons, remove the pylons, remove the locating lug, reattach pylons, etc, etc...

After the pylons stayed on, I trimmed the BOL launcher to allow the flaps to drop a little - they're not set the way they should be but I can't make it work any other way as they can't droop anymore. I'm well aware the screwjacks don't reach the flaps so please don't bother to point that out! I don't know why Revel skimped on that as a mm or two extra in length for both leading and trailing edge flaps would've helped enormously in positioning the screwjacks realistically.

The squadron codes on the fin didn't come out as dark as I'd hoped but they're the closest I could find to the actual scheme. Decals are a mix of Airfix, Revell, Xtradecal and several others. If I had my time again, I'd leave the AM exhausts as they didn't fit quite as well as the kit ones and the Eduard external detail kit would've tricked them up well enough - at least as good as the set that's in there, nice though they are.

I don't have time to add the RBF flags or add the wiring to the Nav's LH and RH combing displays, so this'll do for now.
